- We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, tools, or frameworks we use
- We may use project work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Generally:
- A deposit is required before work begins
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project requirements
- Timely feedback and approvals during the project
- Ensuring they have rights to any content they provide
- Maintaining backups of their own data
6. Warranties and Liability
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However:
- We do not guarantee specific business results
- We are not liable for any third-party services or hosting issues
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination:
- Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
- Any deposits may be non-refundable depending on work already performed
- We will provide any completed work upon full payment
8. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
