For Agencies and Studios

The build partner for the jobs you currently have to turn down

You look after charities and schools. Sooner or later one of them describes something that is not a website. A referral system. A case tracker. Something that holds data about real people. It has to stand up to a funder asking how that data is protected.

At that point you either turn it down, or you take it on and hope. We are the third option. You keep the client and the relationship. We build the thing.

Send the messy requirement

A forwarded email from the client is fine. We'll review it and tell you whether it is something we can do well, roughly what it costs, and whether a conversation would help.

How it works

You bring us in either white-labelled or named, whichever suits you and your client. We have no preference and no ego about it.

What it costs

  • £550 a day white label. The work ships under your name and we stay out of sight.
  • £650 a day named. The client knows we built it and we can be introduced.

Five day minimum on a first engagement. Anything we can scope under three weeks we will quote as a fixed price instead, so you can put a number in front of your client rather than a range, without carrying the risk of an open-ended day rate.

Rates are ex VAT and held to 31 March 2027.

Good value, and safe to put your name to

Senior developers, without a big agency's overheads. The assurances your client's board will ask about are set out further down this page.

What we build

Logins and member areas

Logins, roles and permissions, and the screens behind them. The part that starts where a website builder runs out.

Records about people

Case and safeguarding records with consent capture, access only for the people who need it, and an audit trail of who saw what.

Internal tools

The spreadsheet that is quietly holding a charity together, turned into something that will not break.

Reports and dashboards

Clear reports that turn case, workflow or service data into something people can use.

Connecting systems

Getting the systems a client already runs to talk to each other, including the awkward ones.

Rescue work

Stalled builds, code inherited from someone else, and AI-generated code that nearly works.

Mobile apps

We ship on iOS and Android. Our own reminder service BinsOut runs on both alongside the web app, so the pipeline is proven, though our client work to date has been web.

Why you'll be comfortable

We don't take your client, and we don't pitch them anything you already do for them. WordPress themes, brand work, campaigns and SEO retainers are your side of the line, and we'd rather you kept them.

We are not building a client list at your expense, and we'll put that in writing if you want it in writing.

It works both ways

If a client of ours needs design, branding or marketing, we would rather refer it to a partner we know than to a search result.

Why your client will be comfortable

Small suppliers get asked hard questions when charity data is involved. We can answer them.

  • Cyber Essentials certified, ICO registered (ZC115548)
  • Professional Indemnity £2m, Public Liability £5m, Employers Liability £10m
  • Appointed to Spark RM6094, accredited on Bloom / NEPRO³
  • A secure SEND assessment platform in production for a children’s charity, handling special-category data, with a full audit trail and a security review before go-live
  • Handover and offboarding runbooks written before they are needed, and encryption keys escrowed separately from the servers they protect. A developer who has worked on the platform holds break-glass access to the credential vault. There is no formal source code escrow deed yet, and we will arrange one at cost if your client’s board wants it
